licensing agreements, and Software House is able to offer flexible volume purchasing
programs from all of the major publishers. Approximately
half of our business every year stems from implementation and maintenance of licensing
programs, and we've never had a customer terminate an agreement with us. Customer satisfaction is greatly increased through unique service
plans; SHI offers a wide range of delivery, reporting and billing options to meet both our
customers’ needs and the publisher’s requirements. SHI has received praise
from Microsoft, IBM, Novell, & Lotus for our adherence to regulations in
